  • 6 mackerel
  • 500 g coarse salt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 5-6 canned tomatoes

RECIPE PREPARATION Grilled mackerel:

For the beginning I gutted the fish and cleaned them of scales, then I washed them very well. I cut the fish on each side at a distance of 1 cm. In a tray I placed the salt and I placed the fish on one side and the other in the tray, after the acre I left them to "rest" for about 2 hours. Meanwhile, I prepared the sun from: chopped garlic, chopped tomatoes mixed with pepper, delicacy and parsley. I heated the embers, cleaned the stains with salt and put it on the grill. I left it for about 15 minutes on one side and 15 on the other. Serve with the prepared sauce and a white wine.
